We have several Challenges going on currently too - so do have a look at the Pinned Posts area (top right-hand-side of the homepage) and also the Events area (just below the Pinned Posts), and see if there's anything you'd like to participate in. You'd be very welcome!
Hope to see you around and about on the forum. Lovely that you posted your photo - it's a lovely photo of you.
Have a great weekend and a good week ahead.

Hello
You have exactly the right attitude, you and your body deserve to be treated properly by eating good quality nutritious food 😊 Lots of help and advice on here.
Good luck!
Hi Jane and welcome! You have come to the right place, just join in with some of the activities (they are pinned on the right) and before you know it, you will be right at home.
Good luck for a successful journey!
Best of luck Jane. Same for me. My past behaviour has taken it's toll on my body and myself. I'm headed for a new me too. Well a new version of the old me anyhow! You look gorgeous now but perhaps like me you want to feel on top of your health and body well being and have it be authentic too. Look forward to seeing how you go...
Of course we wish you luck, Becky. And it isn't too late. I lost most of my weight so far after retiring. So you are way ahead of me, for one. You are right to do it under 50ish, our skin doesn't spring back as we get older! So well done.
Sorry Jane, don't know why I thought you were called Becky! Apologies.
