After wasting time with fad diets I have decided to give this a go after reading some inspiring posts with great tips.I want to be successful this time and have started my journey by starting exercising for the first time in ages. so here goes!!

Fad diets do not work. What we have to do is change our mindset about what we eat and how much we eat. I am sure you will get plenty of advise and support on this site

Good luck, make sure you join in our exercise challenge 200,000 leagues under the sea any km you clock up go towards our goal, it really keeps you going, onwards and downwards
