After a bit of a whinge on someone else's post last night about the fact it al moves sooooooo slowly... this morning I was bang on 11 stone! Now that may not hold for the weigh-in tomorrow; but it is an overall loss from anywhere I've been (in decades) and not just regaining recently lost ground (battle of waterloo anyone?!) So, I'm off on the train to Brighton to have lunch with some family... (dangerous territory) maybe we should have driven and I could have stayed off the booze... maybe I could anyway?! Revolutionary! Have 1000 cals odd for lunch and I reckon we might get back in time for a short swim or some random home-based movement this evening to try and hold on for tomorrow....
Someone had a thread with targets for Easter? I am trying to get first to 10;10 as that's supposed to be the top of my healthy weight range and I want to get there, but I feel 10;7 is where I'd like to get and see how that feels, plan was to be there by my birthday (mid April)..... at the moment just desperate to get into the tens!!
This is just a bit of a random stream of blurb to get my brain into a 'don't eat loads of .... all day' - hope it works!
