I was too frustrated to post a loss of 100 g last week. It hardly seemed worth it. This week has seen a further drop of 700 g, bringing me to the grand total of 20 kg lost since I started on this journey in Jan 2015. I know I really should celebrate that, but I'm finding it tough going at the moment and had hoped I would be further down the road at this point in 2016. I have finally, finally worked off what I put on during a holiday in November and over Christmas. So now making inroads into my blubber again. And guess what - this time next week I'm off on holiday again. And experience says the last weeks' work will go straight back on again.
On the other hand I now have a normal BMI and that makes it difficult to lose. My body has obviously got used to all the exercise I am subjecting it to, I need to shake it up a bit. But I'm at a bit of a loss what to do. Whatever it is it needs to fit in with my routine. Swimming takes too long. Fitness studios are damned expensive in Germany and I don't like the thought much anyway (bit of a loner). Having just completed the C25k programme I would like to concentrate on running. But I fear that will not be enough.
So a bit of a quandary at the moment. π
