What a lovely incentive 😊 Have some self belief and I feel certain you will soon be sliding that zipper shut 😊

Thank you Anna,Hope so, going to aim for 1.5lb loss per week to get me started as I know it will slow down again then. I did it before so I feel I can do it. I'm 158lbs (11st 4lbs) and would ideally like to be 8lb down for hen party end of April then possibly another 8lb for wedding in July but i'll take ant loss any time.

I did the same last year, lost 12lbs for my sons wedding, felt so good it carried me onwards, over two stone off now, one more to go 😊😊😊

It felt so good to be able to dance too 😊

oh well done. 12lbs is brilliant anyway, but 2 stone+ is amazing. I'm a big bread eater so usually cut down on this big time helps in the first few weeks after that it will get harder.

Bread is my weakness too 😕 The plan I follow does allow bread (wholemeal) 😊 I would really struggle to give it up completely

How much do you need to lose, and is it achievable?

I would like to lose 14 lbs, I'm 158 and would like to be 144 lbs. I'm 5'6 so absolutely achievable. What has been delaying me is 3 children under 5! But I do eat lots of rubbish so once get my head around that I feel I will do it for July. How about you?

With the bread you can make a scone type mix in the microwave and just have a little bit, rather than buying a loaf and have it sitting there going off....!

My recipe is two or three spoons of wholemeal flour in a bowl, a little olive oil or no oil at all, and enough water to make it a dough, say five spoons? I don't measure I'm afraid, then two or three minutes in the same bowl to make it rise. Cool, then eat with feta or marmite or whatever. You can do an apple spicy version too.
