HI Sunny-day, my weight stayed the same for two weeks! I didn't know why but normally would have said "oh to heck with it! " But since joining the forum and getting the support and encouragement of my weight loss pals, I've kept going and now I'm losing again!! So keep with it and I'm sure you'll soon reap the benefits! Good luck!
That's me also, last 3 weeks....stayed the same,!!! Little disappointing π€π’ but hey at least it's not a gain....

A maintain is better than a gain, so Congratulations for maintaining. Good idea to take your measurements, it can be motivating to see those changes when the weight stays the same on the scales.

Well done on maintaining Sunny-day Glad to hear you are staying positive and looking at your measurements. I measure chest, waist, thighs, calf's, ankles and hips so I have an idea of where the weight is coming off. I've never thought to measure my wrist, but keep finding I have to take links off my watch as it keeps becoming loose it's great to see those inches drop even if the scale doesn't.
