I'm Amy, I have always struggled with my weight since age 9 , I slimmed right down in high school, but working as a comis chef and having little exercise, now 21 the heaviest I have been is 87.5KG.
I decided to change my life style and clean up my act after hearing about a work colleague going through IVF, I did some research and wondered if i could help, Egg Donating seemed like a pretty nice present to somebody, the only issue , My weight so I printed the forms off started to fill the in a read that i need to have a BMI of under 28. Its been 1 month now and weighing in at 86.6kg and a BMI of 39, I knew I needed to tackle my weight issue for good. I am pleased to say that I am now 81.1kg and a BMI of 36.5 through just watching calories, carb's and sugars, making the effort to run up stairs and get moving quicker, no i haven't been to the gym of starved myself, I've just gotten fed up of the Fat Chunky person I see when I look in the mirror. Photo of me 6 years ago, just to prove ive never been a size 6, will add some progress pictures soon.
