Good luck Swetha! The biggest difference for me is doing more exercise. It's fun and healthy and motivating.
Hello, when I was discussing going on a diet with my niece she put an app called Myfitnesspal on my phone and ipad, it makes every stop you take, you can put in everything you eat and it tells you fat-carbs-protein even the macronutrients etc, just put in how many calories you can eat in a day then put in ratio fats-carbs and protein for example 1,200 cals a day 50% (150g) carbs, 20% (60g) protein and 30% (40g) fat. It also adds steps you take and exercise to work out the extra you eat.
I would be lost without it and changed alot of eating habits, now avoid pasta and use basmati rice.
