Hi Sugar92,
Good for you!
I've pledged not to have any snacks at all tonight, along with Asics in her daily pledge challenge, and so far so good!
Good luck with your plan for this evening, and hope you enjoy the rest of the weekend.

Hi sugar92, hmmm..... I know what you mean! Chocolate! Luckily there's none in the house! Well done you! I'm not sure I'd be able to resist, but I have got a bottle of prosecco in the fridge calling my name!! I'll ignore it! Hope you're having a good weekend too 😁😇😉
That's what I like about this forum. You can come on here, vent your craving, frustrations etc and someone will come along to support you.
Great mindset sugar92. Well done!
I successfully lost my excess weight last year, 2 st, and have kept it off since last april. But I always still allowed myself some treats, I was just careful on the size. I While I was losing I enjoyer small, two finger kitkats whenever I got a chocolate or sugar urge. It got me used to being satisfied with much smaller amounts. I also found small bottles ( 1.5 glass size ) of prossecco ( my local tesco do them along with other small size wines). I know that ounce for ounce its more expensive than a big bottle BUT it saved me from overdoing it.
What I'm saying is, you CAN still have a little of what you fancy and lose weight, and by doing so you'll retrain yourself to be satisfied with less, and keep the weight off longterm . Good luck.
I won a box of Ferrero Rocher on Thursday. Each one has 75 calories. My husband was given custody of the box. When I went to take one out this evening there were hardly any left.
Not me! Not me!
Ha ha brave husband! 😁
Hmm I know wot u mean! 😁
