Porridge and berries for breakfast. Salad for dinner with berries and yogurt. Lots of water and in not sure what I will have for my tea. I bought I George Forman yesterday oh my word it's fab. I'm sure I'll pop a chicken Breast or salmon on it later... My real challenge is to keep of the sweet stuff... CHOCOLATE!!! I have a love affair with the stuff.... dark days, happy days, feel great days it's always there... But I will have to divorce it for the next 20 weeks or at least.. Have it as a guilty pleasure.. Is anyone else like me or am I alone!

I think chocolate should be a controlled drug it's so addictive!!! Lol 😊 Seriously, I think most people struggle . . . I can't even have one piece without wanting to eat the whole bar! Find it easier not to have any . . . I eat fruit for breakfast and carbs throughout the day to prevent drops in blood sugar which helps . . . and then the occasional two finger kit Kat 😊 Good luck 😊 😊😊
Ha ha chocolate is my down fall! The only chocolate I don't actually like are Cadbury cream eggs! Yuk! So if they only made those I'd be sorted!! I'm making sure there's no chocs in our house for the foreseeable future! I allow myself two jaffa cakes in the evening with a brew! And so far so good! Good luck to alcoholics everywhere!!
I love chocolate. I can eat tons of it in one go. when everyone else is turning sickly green colour, I keep on going. I am like this with all chocolate including 85%.
There is no chocolate or chocolate product I wouldn't eat. Am loyal like that.Sigh.😊
That is why I ditched sugar last week.
Chocolate helped get me through a difficult break up with alcohol then it was his time to go. 💔
One day I am hoping I can have just a square of 85% and be satisfied. Or a handful of my favourite 70% dark chocolate and raspberry drops or maybe, like the I quit sugar guru Sarah Wilson, a few organic cacao nibs will be like heaven.
Until that day my friends chocolate and I are...sob....finished.😖
