I will take that. This week was tough: I be got a terrible cold (still!); had long days at work and a friend's gathering which is always tricky for temptations. But the worse was that I couldn't go out for a run. Not just because it's my exercise but mainly because it clears my head so without that head space it just got really tough.
Hopefully this cold will clear soon and I will get back out there. Someone here advised Strenght and Flex so I'm starting that today as I feel better but still have a cough and best not run with a cough, I guess.
Anyway no gain, no loss. I will take that and press on
