Hi all!

I have recently started the 12 week plan.... my start weight was 96.6kg

I am 2 days into week 3 now and my weight is 90.8!

I can't see it coming off but do feel healthier understanding what I am putting into my body!

I have a semi active job as a carer and am managing about 30 to 40 mins of exercise per week.... I bought a cheap cross trainer of eBay which is definatley getting my heart rate going lol.

I am going to record my weight here every week to give me extra incentive to be a good girl lol.

Good luck on your journey x

Fab result,

Did you measure yourself at the start? I do my measurements at the end of every month so even if Ibs are a bit sparse the inches are going !! 😃

Have a good week

😇

Hi all just a quick update before I go to bed after my night shift!

My weight on day 2 of week 4 is now.... 89.1 kg so feel I have come a fair way from my 96.6 start on week 1!

Started swimming last week which is fun.

A little harder planning my eating habits when I am on night duty.... All I seem to crave is cake and chocolate lol x

Night all x
