Back on it day 1 lost 2 stones on this plan the last time and had a blip and put it all back on again and slipped back into my old ways of munching in the evenings and clearing up the kids left overs. 7 stones to loose is a long way to go so I will focus on 1 for now and see how we go

Small goals are the best and I know you can do it. Remember setbacks happen it's what we do with them that matters and you are most definitely doing the right thing

I've had a lifetime of yoyo dieting missworld and ended up here needing to lose 9 stone! However, this time it's different, no more dieting, but a healthy way of life forever.
I've already lost 3st and am very happy with every pound that goes. I set myself small goals and challenges, just to keep me going.
