Hello, I am new to this so not too sure how it works but anyway.

I am struggling to lose weight big time ! I tend to eat loads of rubbish and instantly feel guilty about it afterwards. I can't explain how it makes me feel but it's not good. I have always struggled with my weight. It's either way to low or way to high!

Does anyone have any tips? I need that will power !!!

TIA.

Hi Olivia,

Forgive me if I'm way off the mark, but the fact that you've mentioned that your weight is either way too high, or way too low, makes me wary about giving you any weight loss advise, in case you're suffering from an eating disorder.

If that's the case, there may be other communities more suited to your needs healthunlocked.com/anorexia....

If I'm wrong, feel free to tell me and I apologise profusely.

Hello

I must admit that I have OCD and it contributes to what I eat. I just want to be healthy as at the moment I am not and I don't want to develop diabetes or any other condition.

Hi Olivia,

I would have a chat with your GP first before embarking on a weight loss plan. It could be that there are other issues relating to food that you need to sort out! As Moreless said many apologies if that's the wrong thing to say, but I do really understand where you are coming from.

Hello,

Thank you for your reply :-) I must admit that I have OCD and I believe it contributes to what I eat.

As I said above I just want to be healthy as at the moment I am not in any shape or form and I do not want to risk developing diabetes or any other condition.

I am not sure where to start
