I swopped the beige food!!!

I had planned to have fish fingers and oven chips for dinner tonight (all counted) as a treat as I haven't really been eating a lot of processed foods. When it came to it I couldn't waste all those calories on the 'beige' food so ended up making a mushroom risotto! It was delish and I'm so glad I made the effort!!! :-)
