Hi LisaJane1234, I'm pleased you got some ideas for meals etc., but now you need to get organised.
Work out a plan, plan meals and menus in advance and learn the basics of checking the calories and knowing your daily calorie limits. This sets the parameters you can work within. When you know the parameters you can work within, you are a lot less likely to stray and to put on weight. The twelve week plan is pretty good and well worth reading, there are plenty of answers there too. Answers to many of the questions that have been asked within this forum
It's time to sit down and work out your next steps and get yourself organised.
