Hi Sandra164, it may be worth having a look at your current calorie allocation and reviewing whether you're having enough calories at the right time.
When I started, I used to get hungry at around 3 pm. I reviewed my daily menus and added some calories for lunch and for a mid afternoon snack, but removed those calories from my evening meal. Since you will probably be asleep for 8 hours after your evening meal, you are less likely to notice the missing calories.
If you find yourself getting faint or ill at all, then you must eat. I found that just a small handful of mixed nuts work quite well for me, but you must be careful not to overdo them.
Hi sandra Tewson's idea about changing around when in the day you eat your calories is a good idea - I've also found that it's better if I eat a lighter dinner and eat a bit more during the day. I always have a kit kat later in the evening, so I can look forward to that after dinner.
I would also suggest making a really good plan of what you are going to have during the day, so you know what you can eat and when. For the first few weeks, I stuck to pretty much the same thing each day to get into the routine and I found that really helped.
Good luck
