I started at 16.9 so being in 12 stone again I'm over moon but last time I gained weight after thinking j had achieved what I wanted

Well done, how long did it take I'm 16st 4 lb started at 16st 10 I've been on the calorie count for nearly 6 wks sorry for rambling, again well done rosie x
