Hi..dont give up...it will happen! I found using the my fitness pal app great for counting my calories on. At least you weighed in and are in control. Keep going x
I,ve lost half a pound today. Not what i was looking for but better than nothing and i,ve still got the tape measure test to go. Sometimes it shows in measurement rather than weight. 😊
My first week was a nightmare and I lost nothing. Then I began to get my brain into gear and over the last couple of weeks have lost 4lbs. I have been walking 2 miles most mornings, but need to do that to keep moving. Just keep with it. It WILL work!
It will be better. I am with you on that!
