Heading into the Monday weigh in, I'm a pound or so up, which tells me I lost the battle this week.
Or did I?
Started out wearing 40" waist trousers, which were tight. This morning I comfortably put on 36" for the first time
Lesson I've learned. Don't get too hung up on just one measurement of waist or weight, it's the trend which counts, and minor fluctuations in measurements may be only the body doing it's own thing.
