Another 2lb off. Would be total of a stone in 4 weeks if I hadn't blown it on Monday night. But -13lb in 4 weeks.
I haven't really been exercising other than 4/5 miles a day walking, and now I am starting work so I have no time with that and kids after school activities. Any ideas anyone?

Think of it int this way. What permanent changes can you make to give more opportunities for the stuff that gets you fit?
We make a massive error when we think they are in anyway optional. You are going to need activity permanently not just in the time away from work and commitments.
Your well being is not an option here.
What choices can you make to incorporate walking into your day? Lunchtime? As part of work? What journeys or parts of journeys can you do on foot. The kids might moan but its good for them too.
Who can share this with you? Connectedness is important for psychological health and asking for help is a good reason to connect with folk.
What parts of your choices so far are going to be easy to continue? Which are under threat? Plan for them!
Thanks ! I do already go on practically everywhere on foot; school run is total 4 miles a day. I am usually over 10k steps a day. But I know I need to plan in something more strenuous. Better get thinking
