Where do you live? Do you have a park or nice nature spot nearby? A walk in nature every day is relaxing and very nourishing. Or you could try meditation. Another great thing is laughter! Check if there is a "Laughter yoga" club in your area, they are usually free 😃

Also think of this , when you 'pig out' to de stress what in reality you are doing is adding more stress, as after binging you will probably feel bad about it, and feeling bad only makes you more stressed... It's a vicious circle and just becoming aware of it can help. X

Yes pigged out on a bag of biscuits but don't feel any better but will make up for it by having low cal salad at lunch it's just a week I would rather be over and done with x

I didn't realise that I suffered from stress but thinking about it, I do and have done for many years. It got me thinking of how I deal with stress.

It's not for everyone and one must be a little careful, but, what I tend to do is, give someone a cuddle LOL

Healthy? Nope. Odd behaviour? Yes. Does it work? Yes.

Have a BIG CUDDLE from me and pass it on to someone today. :)

You def need to get outside and walk/jog in the air. Force yourself to smile and say hello to a few people. If someone smiles back it makes you feel good. If all else fails, B vitamins are good.

I completely forgot about it too! I walked into a waterstones a few weeks ago to get a kids one for SIL (age 23) who had a long flight and thought hey that's a good idea for me for flights too and saw ones for calming down etc and it seems to be working so far

I have the enchanted forest one (not an official calm one but still adult and fun)

I have seen them around now I just feel stupid for eating the biscuits lol but exercise and healthy eating should help plus it looks like stayed the same this week but all these things can help me I'm only 2 weeks in and 1 week in with running so still learning and finding what works for me

don't begrudge the biscuits! I had a few binge days my first two weeks too! and I was very close to baking a cake last night just for me and eating a family bag of cheese and onion crisps! it was more luck that my SIL had a breakdown (whilst abroad) and forced me to spend the night talking to her and organising stuff for her

I understand stress eating and drinking. I feel that I am damned that anything is taking my gain.
