Totally new to this but I am struggling to lose weight and find the perfect diet for me. I'm 18 and weigh about 12st. I really want to shift the pounds but nothing seems to work or either I cannot stick at it all.
please could someone give me some advice and tips on how they have gone about this.

Hi, why don't you check out your BMI on the NHS website to see how many calories you can eat and shed some excess energy....then...try eating up to the minimum suggestion and do exercise to burn off the energy ....as you're just eighteen, try to shed the energy taking in as many calories as you can...😄
