That's so amazing that you're doing a triathlon, lots of luck for Saturday and look forward to hearing more about the half marathon over the next few weeks. You must be in top form right now. I'm sad to hear about your tumour and hope they will be able to eradicate it somehow, but also really inspired by the strength you've shown working hard to reverse the effects and get on with your life.
