Bloated!

Hi did anyone else feel bloated when starting on the nhs 12 week diet? Today out of curiosity I went on the scales to find I've put 1lb on as well, not what I wonted to see. My diet hasn't drastically changed so I cant see what is making me feel like a bloated whale. Any ideas?

I hope your all doing well to get rid of the extra lbs:-)

Hi scot, could be your body getting used to more veg in the diet? Give yourself a little time to readjust...good luck😉

Hi scot, I do get bloated Especially in the bowel area from time to time, all the extra fruit and veg when my body hasn't been used to it. Persevere and try not to worry. My weight goes up and down with this bloating thing but I know I'm reducing because my clothes are looser. Make sure you drink loads of water and that will help.
