This last two weeks I have maintained and am happy about that can anyone help with how I can lose two pounds in a week as I am going on my hols next week on week seven of the twelve week plan gail

Never a guarantee...but lots of walking will whittle away at the waist...inches are more fun to shed than a number on a scale and more noticeable when your wearing your bikini....the pounds will follow anyway....enjoy you holiday Gail ....
