My boyfriend had my car this morning so I decided to run in the great outdoors! At first I was going to run along the canal, see how far I could go and then turn back but I always prefer it if I do a circular route so I remembered a walk my boyfriend and I did when we first moved here that went along the river and back through some villages. I knew it was pretty far but thought 'Go Big or Go Home!'. I am so proud of myself for running the entire time for 1 hour 10 mins (only power walking through one field as there were cows!). Slightly annoyed that run keeper stopped working at some point so I don't know how far it was but I talked to my sister who runs a lot and she reckons 1hour 10 mins of running eqautes to roughly 10k! I'm going to try and find a way of mapping my run online to see how far it really was! So so happy! Just shows that you can do more then you think, your body can cope - its the mind that stops you! I had to battle with myself but I did it!
Still hoping to make it to body combat tomorrow but my legs are feeling stiff already, despite stretching!

Thank you Portland princess! I am mega chuffed I've been dancing around the house much to my boyfriend's amusement! Apparently I dance like I'm from the 60s...I'm a late 80's girl but the 60s was a good era for dancing so I'll go with that!
