Hi guys I missed Monday weigh in so here it is I am 21.4 stones but I'm actually happy about that because when I last weighed myself about 2 months ago I was a stone heavier so the tiny changes I've made have worked πππ will be reporting weight loss on Monday along with you all hope your week is going well x

I've reduced my intake of sugar βΊοΈβΊοΈ
I'm doing that but still go into the red with the myfitnessapp....
Sugar is absolutely everywhere, the biggest one for me was yogurt, I've gone from fruit yogurt that has 15g of sugar to low fat Greek or natural yogurt that has 5-6g I look at everything's sugar level and try not to go over 5g for the recommended portion xx
