Back on track again,had lost and gained 2.2 kg, the problem was too many carbs ,well I am back to where I was ,and am still 3.17 kg lighter ,I am grateful for all the support I receive on here from you all and the understanding when and motivating tips when I struggle,thank you

Well done for getting back on the program it is soo easy to give up when things are tough and you gain. It takes tenacity to get back on it and lose again... Keep at it and you can reach your goal
We are all learning here - we learn about food, eating, ourselves and how to change. You've spotted a bit of eating pattern that isn't serving you well and I bet it was something you just did as a matter of course! You know better now how it works and thats part of the journey!

It's good to hear that you are back on track. The carbs contain the most cals, but don't avoid them just have them in moderation. Have you tried quinoa instead of rice or potatoes, it makes a great substitute and you don't need much to fill you up.

Just starting to day so well done u we all know it's not easy a for me in particular life gets in the way so I think this site is very good
