I don't believe it!

I don't believe it! I'm over-weight. I'm 12 stone 7 pounds, BMI 26.46, as of 11th August 2015. My current goal is to get to BMI 24.99 or 11 stone 11 pounds.

4 weeks 6 at most you should reach your goal :) good luck!

Poor you Victor! You'll definitely get those lbs shifted. It took me about 5-6 weeks to lose what you need to lose by following the NHS 12 week plan and by running 2-3 times a week. Get some good healthy plans in place and stick to them - you'll do it!

Lots of people react like that when they step on the scales for the first time in a while. 'I don't b e l i e v e it, scales must be wrong!': but the fact you came here and posted shows that you do believe it and are facing up to it.

Well done that's the beginning of getting back yo a healthy weight. You are on your way there and as Luckydog and Ruth_canal runner say if you commit to the task of losing the weight you should be able to do it in a matter of weeks.
