1400 is Enough!

Hey everyone!

I have finally realised that it is possible to stick to 1400 calories a day! I was really struggling before to feel full while eating smaller portions. BUT, I have realised that I don't need to eat smaller portions ... I just need to stop eating calorific foods. I now eat salad for lunch with some kind of protein (usually ham) which comes to a total of less than 100 calories and for dinner I eat one of the weight watchers meals (usually 200-300 calories). This means that I am able to eat more snacks (fruit/yoghurt) throughout the day.

Hope you are all doing well with your diets!
