Hi June. Sorry to hear you've fallen off track so to speak! Do you write everything down that you eat? Even when you know the healthy eating's gone out the window? This might help in finding out what your triggers are, what leads you to overeat, and help you develop strategies to help you next time. Its not easy writing everything down, but it's good to try and even do it on bad days, to sort of take responsibility. Can you see now what the triggers were last week and can you think of strategies to help you avoid them in future?
So what? I have gained 3lbs too!
It is one of the problems of reaching a healthy weight and trying to stay there ( and because we get this silly idea that the lowest figure is where we should always be) .
Even at target weight it is impossible to be same weight all the time. Think of your weight as a "weight range " .... within a 3-4 lb window.
I am at maintenance, bmi 22.5. Depending on which week I weigh, I have lost 28lbs or 30 lbs .. I am not the exact weight every week. It fluctuates by 2-3 lbs each time. Currently I am 3lbs heavier than 2 weeks ago, but its still WITHIN MY RANGE!
The best part is, other people dont even notice your 3lb fluctuation so just stay cool , 3lbs does not put you on the road to ruin or morbid obesity!

Thanks for the heads up Prin! June - I had no idea you were so tiny - just looked at your previous posts - you make it sound a bit worse than it is eh? Any comfort in knowing you're about a stone less than my goal weight, and I know at my goal weight I'll be in size 12s and happy with myself! Looking forward to the luxury of worrying about fluctuating within my healthy weight range rather than above it! But speaking seriously, hope you can start to feel happy where you are and put fluctuations in perspective

Hi June,
Know how you feel I've been on a bit up and down for few weeks but can't figure out why.
Why not lower goal maybe settle for 1Ib off or even stay same, I know not sound much but why set self up not to reach a big goal when a smaller one might be easier to reach.
Don't be hard on self , I'm sure it will just click again.
