The opportunity to start a new!!

So I've had a bad couple of days, and you know what, that's fine, I'm cool with it...why?, because i had fun, with wonderful people but more importantly,I knew I'd be picking myself up today, and getting back on track.

You see the difference between the old me, and the new me is that I realise when I have a bad day, I don't have to continue having them. Before I'd be like 'eff it', I've started so I might as well have that ice-cream, chocolate etc. Now I tell myself you enjoyed yourself, but girl you've got work to do. A treat isn't a treat if you have it every day.

So if you have what you define as a bad weekend, fine, don't beat yourself up over it. Get up, put your gym kit on, and get back on track.

8:30am spin class, I'll see you soon!!!
