Really bad day today big birthday 75 tomorrow, 30 coming caterers booked, bouncy castle for kids, guess what, it's going to rain, stressed isn't the word, so turning to comfort food, hate myself for doing that, undoing the good work. Must take control again.

My guests will be sitting on he stairs, heat wave forecast for next week, sods law.

They were great Joyce, did everything from dips sandwiches pizzas you name it they did it, bouncy castle for the kids was good, food was too much temptation andi am paying for it now, must get back on track.
