My usual 50 minute commute took me 2 hours, I was tired, hungry and i'd used so much resolve during the day I think I just lost it.
I slipped up, it hurt and I had to fight myself very hard last night not to feel bad about it...
I don't feel bad about it, it's my first one in nearly 8 weeks, I ate about half what I normally would have and I ate it in front of my Other half comfortably and without shame. The fact I'm telling you guys about it is a massive step In the right direction.
Today I'm taking the dog for a great big long walk, going shopping with my mum all afternoon then going to the gym this evening, so a very active day.
I may not lose weight this week, but that's ok too.
Let's reset the clock, 1 day clean.

Yup; this is how it's done. All perfectly normal. Well done,HP
Why shouldn't you lose weight this week? What is your daily deficit? If you are on a 500 calorie deficit per day, that half a takeaway would need to contain almost 4,000 calories to wipe out a week. Show me a takeaway that contains 8,000 calories in one serving.
What is true is that takeaway meals tend to be high in sodium which will make your body retain more water until it is flushed from your system, but it will not cause you to put on a week's worth of fat.
Well firstly voicing this, shows you understand (smaller portion) well done, this month ive had 3 takeouts smaller each time, and have still lost 9lbs, little treats are deserved but equaled out with a good day and exercise.
