I've decided after a lot of deliberation, I'm going back to Weight Watchers. I need the pressure and the support group every week.
It's worked in the past, but then big life changes and WW got left behind... but this time I'm going for Gold!!

Good luck. I also find WW works for me. I've gone from 87kg at start of the year to 72.5kg this morning. Finding the last 0.5kg to shift. My goal is 72kg and weigh in is tomorrow!
