Ive decided to start the 12 weeks nhs/weight loss programme. Im just having a look through the recipes. Planning ahead. I have graduated the c25k last week. So think a healthy eating plan is the way to go.

Good move!!

Go ooon! I'm also on c25k and although i dont do the NHS 12 weeker, I have lost 16lbs in 7 weeks just eating better :) Same principles as the NHS plan, just without the plan! Best of luck!

I lost 10lb in the first 5 weeks of the c25k but ive seemed to of hit a wall 5 weeks on. So seeing if new serving suggestions mite help.
