Hi all, lost 4 lbs now and 10-13 so I broke the 11 st barrier always helps to set a small goal, next one is 10-7 so keeping my fingers crossed, big birthday 75 this week- end, so see what happens, I'll be the one under the table munching a lettuce leaf, ( doubt it).
