I'm in week 4 now and up till now I've been full of energy and happily doing lots of exercise, but the past 2 days I've been totally lethargic - the thought of my c25k run this evening is negative for the first time... Can being dehydrated make you lethargic? That's the only thing I can think of? Diet is the same?
Any advice?

Dehydration is horrible and can have a negative effect on your body i struggle with it a lot. Try drinking lots more fluids. I found in the first few weeks i went through phases of lethargy but usually felt great once ive done the exercise.
