At the present I'm stuck in my busy office - 11 hour day: eating my lunch at the table: I know I must exercise more but can see know end to this work load until end of July.
Roll on weekends when I can do the garden / wash the car / go for a walk etc etc

Can you try to take a 30minute lunch break away from your desk, eat your sandwich while walking round the block? How do you commute to work? Can you cycle/ walk in one day per week or get off the bus a stop early or park your car further away? These sorts of things could all help and maybe give you a feeling of control, despite the long days. I totally understand that long days like that don't really allow much room for manoeuvre though...
I live next door to my work: fall out of bed downstairs and there. Very handy sometimes a pain other.
I must restart walking the block at lunchtime.: -- It will be easier after mid July as work not as pressurised. I reckon I'm good eat wise but not exercise and then the social side of life takes over. Ah well Fathers Day this Sunday - another excuse to eat out and not weigh in Monday.
I have big family stuff this weekend too, and also not confident that I've stuck to plan this week. But I will still try to weigh in. I find it really good to try and focus on what I did right as well as what I did wrong. If you gain 2lb at least it wasn't 4lb, etc., and then re-focus, get back onto it. July's not that far away. Maybe start planning some achievable goals for when you feel less pressurised. Hope that helps
