I did not do so well this week,I stayed same as last week,I know I had to much white bread and processed food, the result I feel very sluggish and intend to eat healthy again as I am disappointed in the choices I made. One good thing,I did not eat crisps or cakes or sweets, so again,I have the answers with my weekly programme ,thank you

Hi Terriscriv,

At least you've maintained your weight, and not gained anything. Processed foods can certainly contribute to feeling sluggish, and it's good that you're aiming to eat more healthy foods this week. I'm sure you'll make better choices this week, and you'll see some results on the scales soon. Including hopefully feeling much better in yourself - that will help you feel much more motivated too. :-)

Wishing you a great week ahead.

Lowcal :-)

Maintaining is the next best thing really, and as you are still learning and seeing the results of eating processed foods its still a good thing thing in a way. Now you know what you can do for the next week. You will see results soon. Stay strong

This site has been an endless source of support and motivation for me too

It is a learning process for sure. Sometimes your efforts may not show until the following week, so be patient. Keep staying away from those crisps! And good luck for the week ahead :)
