Only just started a couple of days ago so am not weighing myself today. Will start next Monday. Am 81kg and want to lose 15+ kilos. Expecting it to take a long time. Went for my 30 mins walk at 7am today! Eating healthily so far.

I am looking to lose around the same amount of weight and I have just started too. I was told to try myfitnesspal and from what I have seen it looks really helpful. Hope you're successful with your diet! Keep us updated
