I'm in my early 60s, very active and need to lose about two stone. Would anyone located near to Ealing like to meet up to walk or cycle and encourage each other?

Have you thought about joining the Ealing Eagles beginner group? It starts off as pretty much a walk and everyone is really friendly and all ages. I couldn't recommend them enough

Hi, I'm in Ealing as well and need to lose about the same. If your into walking I'd be happy to meet up as sometimes finding it difficult with motivation on my own. I also have a bike but haven't used in a while but would be happy to get it out of the shed.

Hi Marella, thank you for replying. Shall we arrange to meet up and see how it goes? I live near the top of Castlebar. So could meet in Ealing Broadway to walk in in Walpole Park perhaps or in Pitshanger to go to the park there. Ann Marie

Hi Ann Marie, sounds lovely. When can you make it? I'm working this weekend but can do Sunday if you like?

Good morning Marella

Fine by me to meet/walk on Sunday after 1pm. Where? When? How about leaving a message on 02089912064 with your suggestions? Ann Marie
