You have lost 10lb hold onto that. You will also sometimes put weight on. That's the way our bodies work...you are also developing new habits...using your fitbitflex and on week 5 of couch to 5k. Well done you. Focus on the good stuff and try to be compassionate about the struggles. Maybe try to be more understanding than fighting yourself. Hope that helps
you've done really well so far. 10lb is nearly 1 stone. I kept thinking it won't matter, look at other people, they are bigger than me but they seem happy, but I realised that actually that doesn't matter, it's what I want to do but can't be bothered or motivated to do it, but I have to, I've been trying to lose weight for the last 10years, setting up a goal and a timeline (I need to have lost xx pounds by then) but then you don't do it and fail. This time it will take as long as it takes and I'm doing this for me, no one else. Well done for being on week 5, I only started week 1 day 1 yesterday. Look back at where you were and where you are now, you've come such a long way...keep going!!!
Yeah old habits creep up on you I have the same happening Trouble is it takes 8 weeks to build a new habit so keep trying and I have stopped being an all or nothing girl therefore if I have a bad day it's stays a day and not a week lol x remember it's a lifestyle change and a marathon not a sprint x good luck honey and well done so far 😀
Well done for losing 10lb. That is a big loss for one week so not really surprising a bit sneaked back on. If you are struggling with old habits, maybe you made too many and too big changes last week. Try to make a few small changes that you can maintain long term and when you have got used to them make a few more changes.
5 stone is a lot to lose, but not impossible, there are several people on this forum who have done it
If you take it slow and steady hopefully you can make changes for life.
Good luck!
