Are you sure that 1300 calories are right for you? Did you try NHS Bmi calculator, which gives you your calorie range? Worth checking that out, because if you overdo it, you are unlikely to last and your body will fight against you to keep every bit it can...plus the whole thing becomes stressful like all other fad diets...worth looking into it, good luck!
It says between 1660- 2134 calories, that's seems an awful lot for someone who's trying to lose weight
My calorie range starts at 1750, and believe me, when I stick to it I get results! I do a lot of exercise also, but I don't increase my allowance, the daily target is the same whether I have an active day or not. With time, as I loose more weight, my allowance will go down too, but I should be able to cope with that better, and I should have trained my body to better habits by then...I have taken these 12 weeks as a 'rehabilitation program' to get rid of my bad habits, if I succeed with that, the weight loss will continue and I won't be stressed about it!!
Your activity isn't sustainable. It doesn't have to be done. How many calories are you burning from the workout sessions? You must be eating a massive number of calories.
Why not exercise less, eat more and you'll still find without extreme measures you'LL enjoy your food and lose weight.
It has to be a life long change.
Because i love working out, its ME time and it's therapeutic. Ive been doing kickboxing nearly a year now and dont want to stop
