and I have lost 2 lb. Was hoping for more but pleased with that anyway. Decided to go for 1400 cals but didn't have them everyday. Enjoying the calorie counting and the nhs programme but the feedback and inspiration from those achieving some great weight losses on here is a great help.

That's a good start! I lost 1lb the first week but 1 lb a week is coming off every week so I'm pleased with that. Just think of how much weight you were putting on every month and now if you lose 1lb a week how great that is. I'm seeing it as moderation and healthy eating for life now and not just a diet to lose weight. Keep going strong and look forward to your results next week.
Great - better 2lbs off than 2lbs on! In weight terms that's the equivalent of a bag of sugar so it's a good loss. Keep up the good work
Thank you. Looking forward to seeing weight come off over the next few months. I suppose we all want instant weight loss but must remember it didn't go on overnight so won't come off quickly either.
