I was just browsing the internet and came across this:

There's quite a variety of meals to pick from.
You could also try the myfitnesspal blog. There's lots of meal/recipe suggestions there.
A favorite of mine is prawns and spring onions cooked in a little ginger and chilli low fat dressing served on cous cous, really low cal and filling. Another thing you can try is broccoli and cauliflower in the blender til rice sized pieces then boil with a bit of seasoning to have instead of rice, really filling gets more veg into my meal and can be served with pretty much anything. For a quick fix maggi noodles plain (without the powder flavouring) is only about 58 cals per 60g packet, makes a great side and can be seasoned anyway you want, works well will a lot of different meals, last night i had it with spicy chicken and veg and salad with a wholewheat tortilla was really yummy and filled me up nicely. There are so many things you can try i like to experiment nowadays and have found so many things i wouldnt normally eat. Google has so many sites that have low cal ideas on as well. Have a great week
I love salads. Rather than dressing I just dose everything in salt and pepper and balsamic vinegar. I had a greek salad for lunch today and a smoked trout one yesterday. I plan on having a chicken one tomorrow.
Stir frys are really good. I bulk mine out on extra veg and have a smaller portion of noodles.
I also make low calorie fish and chips. You cover the fish in an egg and then wholemeal breadcrumbs and herbs and bake in the oven. I serve with my own chips which are potatoes cut into chip shapes, parboiled and then in the oven with olive oil 1 calorie spray. Serve with salad or peas, yummy! Sometimes I do it with sweet potato instead of potatoes.
I also use zero fat natural yoghurt in everything; instead of mayo, cream etc.
