Week 2 ... Started using calorie counting app ... It's amazing how they add up !! But it gives you a true account of what really goes in your mouth. Would definitely recommend one if you haven't already!

Once I got into the MFP app I love it! When you see the amount of calories you can consume in short time it makes you stop and think. I love being able to tweak different foods to make a good meal.
