Beginning week 4 and feeling good .... 8 lbs lost altogether which is great but almost more importantly have stopped feeling the need to graze and crave sugary foods! Actually feel hungry , so eat and then feel full for the first time in ages!

I've also noticed I'm grazing less. I've remembered how to let myself build up an appetite. I'm really heartened to see someone else with the same experience, it's so supportive. Thanks for this post.
That's great! After 4 weeks the body is ready to adopt new tastes and to make unconscious good choices. Keep it up!
