Well.. Managed to jog 10 km yesterday on the treadmill. Felt good but really tired.

So far managed to loss 16 kg. Another 29 kg to go to reach ideal weight. How much longer do you reckon it'll take?

Well done thats a great loss, and good for you jogging 10km on the treadmill, you must be feeling the benefits of getting fitter and healthier by now? Not sure how long it will take work out your average loss each week i guess, a healthy rate is about 2lbs a week which would take you about 6 months ish, but everyone is different and loses at different rates, as long as you are eating right and exercising you will reach your goal :)

Well done Narizee, great effort on both running 10km on the dreaded treadmill and kudos on losing 16kg. How long has it taken you to lose that?

A sensible approach is approx 2lbs a week with exercise and a healthy diet, which equates to about 1 kg a week. So that makes it 29 weeks which is a little bit longer than 6 months so come the autumn you will have reached your target if you continue at this rate.

Best of luck to you.

It took me about 2 and a half months to lose the 16kg. Thanks for the support! I appreciate it a lot.

Wow. I'm so impressed. One or two pounds a week is fine, there's no rush, because all the time you are embedding new happier and healthier ways to live. I wish you every success, you so deserve it.

It's difficult to lose more than 1 pound per week over the long term, especially as you approach your target weight. But running 10k is fantastic, and maybe you will lose a bit faster.
